A man in the Russian town Khakassia must have been extremely thirsty after he had surgery on Saturday in the local hospital. Wearing nothing but his bed sheets and several bandages and tubes he faced the temperature of -16 Celsius to buy a beer at a nearby store. However since it was pretty obvious that he was a patient, the staff refused him.
The security guards of the hospital then brought him back to his room. It’s not quite clear how this half naked man could escape from the hospital in the first place. But we do admire his dedication to have a beer. The hospital air can be a little dry and leave one pretty thirsty. Got ya mate.
Gosh, he couldve made a toga out of those sheets. Just tie two corners on one shoulder.
I dont think its right that hospitals have so much power over our freedom.
I had a screw driver with dinner and it sure helped my pain. I will ask for oj at the hospital from now on. Dont let me forget my flask. 😀

Hahaha that’s what we used to do in clubs when we were young for financial reasons. Just order an orange juice or a cola and slip some booze in it. 😀

Btw, why do they callem cocktails. Not related to roosters, r they? 😀😂😃

That’s a good question. The search for the origin of this word starts right now.

Good man! Jolly poor show of the chaps not to serve him, though. If anyone deserves a beer – it’s this guy!

Oh absolutely! Since he had no pockets, he might have left his wallet in the hospital as well. But whatever happened to charity? 🙂

Looks like a guy ahead of him in the line – surely he would have chipped in? When a guy like that walks into your shop, it should be a crime not to get him a drink!

I would gladly pay for that beer! Probably have myself one as well and hear his story as we drink together. 😀

Yeah! Me too. I shall keep my eyes open for such a chap in future 😉

Yeah, we might have to go to Russia for that, but okay… They say Vladivostok is beautiful this time of the year. 😉

What looks most amazing is how the chick in the Охрана uniform looks like she’s buying for him.

I really hope she did, but I’m afraid she’s just taking the testimony of the person behind the counter.

Let’s just hope she bought him a beer for the effort and the amusement. I know I wouldn’t be going out for a cold one first thing after major surgery — I’d need to find my pants first!
