I've tried bone broths from several companies & this product is the ONLY one that tastes Decent. It is very mild. The others have horrible aftertaste that cannot be overcome by any additives I've tried.The biggest problem is this brand is very hard to mix up. Near impossible w/a spoon, whisk or spatula. I bought an electric frother which works to mix it up, but creates so much bubble froth that must be consumed before drinking - really not as much fun as it sounds. I finally just purchased a cordless hand blender, which has NOW made the process Good!BTW, I originally bought a 1lb bag off Amazon & then later bought a 5lb bag directly from Z Natural Foods. The 5lb bag split on the side seam shortly after purchase. I was able to tape it back, but that was my only issue w/quality control.
