My husband & I buy organic products as much as possible. The ingredients in this product is the same as another non-organic brand. With this product there is no instructions if you should use milk or water & how much coco should be used. It's best to use milk 6oz for 1 cup and 1.5 tablespoon of the coco. Do not use water. Warm the milk add the coco powder & stir until blended & heat a few more minutes. By using milk it tastes like hot coco. I like to sprinkle a little cinnamon in the mixture.
