I was wary about ordering this but I’m a foodie and decided to give it a go! At first I didn’t know how much to use since the serving size says 100g. Ok….well, the bottle is just over 200 grams so size wise, there are 2 serving per container according to the label. How much water? No directions, but use a lot because this stuff is potently salty! But, once you add your vegetables and more tofu, the umami taste in this broth is good…far more authentic than the salt packs that come with standard ramen packs at the store. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the precooked udon noodles, this broth is worthy of it! I’m on the fence with the freeze dried tofu in here, but it’s decent, the texture’s good, especially if you have no other protein on hand. I think the price is ok considering there’s seaweed and tofu in it, but your average college student won’t necessarily be buying this in bulk due to budgetary constraints. I’m happy with this!
