This is the high fiber option. For me, I find this tastes just like the regular V8 juice but brings a good amount of Fiber into every glass. If you're needing to add Fiber to your diet and like V8 juice, this could be a good option for you. At this point I can no longer find this on the shelves at Walmart/Target or any local grocery stores in my area so Amazon is my only option. Be aware of what you are ordering. Many times this is sold as a case (which is six, 46 fl oz Bottles) and will take up quite a bit of room in your average size pantry.
