Just add a little stevia drops along with one packet of this to a 16-20 oz bottle of water & you are all set. The taste is amazing... wanna drink more water during your day?? This is the stuff, try it & you'll never regret it. I'll be purchasing the 500 count box next time. I had tried the Lemon & Grapefruit as well and they are good. In fact I'm sure they'll work great for cooking & flavoring anything that calls for a little lemon, orange, or grapefruit. This is Natural flavoring as well which makes it a Healthy Choice.
