For those needing to know❤️! Everyone's body is different, you may not get the same results. You may actually get better results. You have to get past the first couple months and make sure you're drinking enough water, small oatmeal or egg breakfast, healthy meal for dinner, you'll do amazing!It's supposed to be a high fat, low carb type eating structure. I haven't been paying attention to that and it's still working. I know I don't eat many carbs to begin with, so that has to count for something. I drink mine for lunch every day. Try it before you knock it!As far as the Collegen within the powder, I can't say because I add my own Collagen protein powder from Obvi (cupcake flavor).
