This is extraordinary in the way that very few things are these days. The flavor is pristine tart cherry. If you poured it into a tiny apéritif glass you’d think you were drinking an exquisite vin cotto or vin santo or non alcoholic port. So the flavor is tart and sweet at the same time and richly magnificent but the real benefit to me is it is anti- inflammatory. I truly feel less arthritic pain and less inflammation when I drink a little of this each time I am hurting, both in my tissues and joints. I wish the whole world could have the benefit of tart cherry juice. It is very costly so it is a splurge for me but worth it. I truly hope it helps you. I drink it after eating protein because i don’t want my blood sugar to spike. The sugar content will spike your blood sugar levels unless you offset the intake of sugar with protein and fat to slow down its absorption. Lastly, this helps my sleep. Within 20 Minutes of drinking it I am sleepy and I sleep very profoundly because of it, this is after years of terrible sleep. If you have inflammation or sleep disorders you might add this to your arsenal of things that will help you heal your body, along with magnesium, a cold room, a very snug dark sleep mask, a cpap machine, bamboo sheets, and warm cotton jammies with socks. No more melatonin due to nightmares and no artificial meds because they cause grogginess. Just magnesium, tart cherry juice, being warm in a cold dark room, eye covering totally blocking all light, and an air purifier that also functions as a white noise machine. Those are my sleep hacks and I am very thankful for them!
