Saw this advertised on TV by Mr Wonderful. Obviously he had invested in the product and was pitching it hard. I looked it up on Amazon and to my surprise the reviews were excellent. The price here was comparable to the brick and mortar store which we don't have locally, (I live on a small island) so I was happy to get it delivered the next day by Amazon.I was impressed by the product packaging and the quality of the seasonings and rice noodles. Fill with water to the line, put in the noodles and spices, and microwave for four minutes. When it came out I added a couple of ounces of white chicken breast, although the soup didn't need it for flavor.The broth was amazingly flavorful, rich and complex. It was as good as any Pho I'd ever had in a restaurant. The noodles were soft and flavorful.While the packaging lends itself to a work lunch, I've made this for dinner and been very happy with the results. Even without adding any extra ingredients, it was filling and delicious.Preparation and cooking took about five minutes.Just ordered eight more for the pantry!
