If you are used to Shin Ramyun or Buldak, this lands somewhere in between those two on the heat scale. The broth has a savory depth to it that a lot of spicy instant noodles skip in favor of pure capsaicin punch. You actually get flavor along with the heat, which I appreciate. The noodles themselves are chewy and hold up well even if you let the bowl sit for a few minutes while eating. They do not turn to mush the way some cup-style noodles do.
