Ok to me it tastes like strawberry apple sauce,it's good and an excellent size..However I am over the moon excited, here's why, Yesterday my senior mom had cancer surgery on her head, she's vegan so I was stumped on how I'd get her nutrients she'd eat while on down time. We had another brand smoothie pouches that was discontinued she loved. Thankfully this has the exact ingredients minus beet root and she took to it immediately!
