Honestly these mio unwind drinks are the best. It is very effective and consistently after work I fall asleep so quickly after drinking this! The flavor is good too, similar to any other mio varieties I've tried. It is extremely easy to use before bed, just add to water. It doesn't have sugar so I like that,, but keep in mind it contains citric acid and I like to wait like 30 mins after drinking before I brush my teeth because of that ingredient, I don't want to risk being too hard on my enamel. I don't think that is a big issue but it's good to be careful so just wait a bit before brushing....not too long or you won't want to get up out of bed though !
