I really love the MIO liquid water enhancer. It’s a daily drink for me.I live in florida and with the heat I just really don’t like coffee much anymore. It’s nice to have a refreshing drink to take its place. If I need a real burst of energy I’ll drink 1 1/2 to two 12oz.Always in the am and usually in the afternoon. I also feel a boost of energy when down on electrolytes I’ll drink down a 12oz of their hydrate Mio. They have a good variety and I have my favorites. They taste great and 0 calories.They look nice too.I have a hard time drinking down these blue and green neon drinks that are on the shelves.Mio looks authentic.Here’s my favs…Oh yeah the price is great when you buy from Amazon, but not too bad at the store either.
