I ordered this to see if I could duplicate a seafood pot that I had at a restaurant. It was one of those meals that you think about but are unable to return to the restaurant and think to yourself, I can make this.The order arrived fast and I jumped on it. My concern was there are no directions on the package and I had to search to find how much water to use with each tablet on the amazon page. I found it deep down under product description. It is one count per 350ml (11.83 fl.oz) of water for those looking. At the top of the nutritional facts, it states the deep flavor broth tablet - net weight is equal to 3.52 ounces which confused me.Before making my expensive venture, I decided to boil the recommended amount of water and dissolve one cube to refine the taste. What I found was first, it did take longer than expected to dissolve, not really a problem and secondly, one cube was not as much flavor as I wanted. I added a second cube and it had the depth I was looking for.I made the seafood pot with great success, not as good as the restaurant but it surely satisfied my craving.The reason for removing the star was twofold. I really wish that the directions were on the package. I will be forever running back to Amazon to find them because I would forget my head if it were not attached these days. That was half a star. The other half is the sodium content, 616% RDA per cube. My doctor would give me a tongue lashing for this once and awhile treat to myself.
