I first saw Nigella Lawson cooking with Marigold Swiss Bouillon on her cooking program. Being Swiss, I never saw this product in the USA. It's sold by the UK because the Swiss make it for Britain. The seller I purchased it from was Eco Naturals. I checked reviewer information to find the variety with the least amount of salt since most sellers did not provide ingredient information. The product arrived in a timely manner, but instead of receiving what was pictured here called Reduced Salt, I received Marigold's Vegan Gluten Free Less Salt variety with a totally different label. I had no idea if the new item was the same so I emailed Marigold just to clarify the salt content and was informed that it is the same with a new label. Who knew? So far I've used it to make broth with tortellini and have added it to vegetables. The possibilities are unlimited. It has miniature pieces of carrots once hot water is added and tastes like a delicious vegetable soup. It has just the right amount of salt unlike typical bouillon. Next time I would just buy it from a seller with accurate information.
