I usually make my own almond milk which takes time and effort. I was feeling "lazy" so I had to try this brand which is definitely more expensive and tastes so much better than the other well-known brand. I like that there are only three ingredients - organic almonds, filtered water, and Himalayan salt... no thickeners like xanthan gum that you find in other brand(s). I use this for making smoothies for breakfast, as well as for mixing in collagen powder for a quick and healthy pre-bedtime drink.
