The gallon bags are fantastic for making a gallon of tea. I put a bag in 5 cups of water in a microwave on high for 5 minutes. I let the brew steepe for a half hour or so until its as dark as you want and then pour the 5 cups of dark steeped tea into a gallon jug with fresh clean water to make a full gallon of tea. Goes in the fridge to cool for iced tea. Add sugar and/or lemon to taste. Tastes fantastic. Easier and cheaper than using a half dozen small bags. Not bitter.
