Buy a whole chicken. Put it in a vaccume bag or 1 gallon bag with 2 cups water and 2 TBSP of this and leave in fridge 24 hours. (Inject if you want) The meat will taste amazing. Now just cook the chicken on high heat to crispy the skin. Right before it's done butter the skin and sprinkle just a bit more of this on the skin. Tastes JUST like costco Roticery chicken. Since mine is fresh it's actually better.
