I tend to do a lot of vegetarian, and needed a broth base for doing Korean. This stuff turned out to be the magic ticket. It works as a perfect base for giving tteokbokki sauce a bit of extra non-capsaicin based complexity.Is simple to use, just toss in water and let boil.It isn't as good as doing a vegetable broth from scratch, but it is good enough.
