The chocolate is good on its own. I have to smoothie-fy the vanilla a bit by blending in some fruit or, my favorite, peanut butter which tastes delicious and adds even more calories, fat, & protein for those struggling to gain weight.No it isn't cheap but it is jam-packed with nutrition and my body feels much better.
