This bone broth has a good bone broth flavor. Add a little healthy salt or seasoning to make it tastier or use as a soup base. I’ve been drinking two 10oz cups everyday for a week ( I bought some at my local market first to try it out, then ordered it here for a much better price!).I have more energy already and my recovery time after exercising is immediate these last couple of days. I’m turning 60 in June and I knew I needed to upgrade the care in my body. Primarily my gut and muscles. Amping up my protein intake and adding good health to my digestive system was absolutely what I needed. I can’t wait to see further down the road how the collagen helps to improve my skin and hair.Highly recommended for anyone who wants a better immune system and who needs more protein and collagen in their daily health routine. Oh wait, that’s most of us!! Ha ha ha!
