I find this soup mix addicting. I wasn't eating enough vegetables so I checked and dehydrated vegetables retain their healthful qualities. I bought these and I make myself a soup with water or tomato juice and this mix with spinach added and often mushroom powder. I also add basil or chia seed. Sometimes I can hardly wait for dinner time to come. I also enjoy nibbling on the mixture without rehydrating it first. That is very dangerous for one's teeth so I don't recommend it, but it tastes so good. I do wish there was an organic version though.
