Good post-surgery shakes. It has quite a few important vitamins and minerals for recovery. After a few days I moved to using Ensure Complete and Ensure Max, each having 30 grams of protein per carton, to help me have 80-90 grams of protein per day as part of my recovery plan. Good tasting stuff!
