Perfect for making passion fruit mousse. Tangy and smooth all at once. It's not sweetened, and is very stringent, sort of like lemons. Don't add sweetener, just use condensed, sweetened milk. One suggestion: use Nestle's "crema" rather than evaporated milk (I got by with the latter, but when I didn't, it never solidified).
