I always kinda looked at this brand as a guy’s energy drink, … I bought it and it was a good switch up from other brands and gave me more energy since my body wasn’t used to this particular recipe. If you’re new to this brand or any energy drink, I would say start out with only a half a can. This brand cost more than other energy drinks, but it’s a good switch up to have in your fridge for maybe once a week, I would recommend getting a 12 pack.
