Sweet and just like chocolate milk, this beats out all the other higher protein drinks/powders I’ve tried — mix in a protein shaker and no clumps or chalky feel like other brands. Easy to rip open, you just pour into a glass of milk for the full 18 g of protein or even coffee if you just need a small boost.Being on medication that suppress my appetite plus commonly having lower calcium/vit D, this has been a good way to get in what I need without taking as many extra supplements (of course, always take what your doctor recommends).Will note, it is a bit high in sugar, around 1/5 to 1/4 of the daily value recommended for adults.
