I buy a box of these every month. The taste is great for a protein drink, very ligh but filling. I always have one for breakfast with either a crumpet or fruit. I guess they are good for weight loss, although that is not why o get them. I get them whenever I’m in hospital with every meal because I have a hard time keeping solid food down. I have had an issue twice with one of the boxes leaking all over the others, but you can just rinse the other 23 off if you have that trouble. I think it’s an issue of drivers just tossing the deliveries. Our drivers aren’t very courteous and careful.They ate light, easy to keep down, with 9 gram of protein and very few calories. This would be a great weight loss helper because they fill you up without dragging you down.
