I don’t drink much alcohol but if I do, it’s for the complex flavors rather than the buzz. Aplos Arise wonderfully offers its own curious complexity. Its botanical mix of je ne sais quois keeps a drink lively and interesting. (Plus adaptogens! Whatever they are.)Is it worth the cost? Yes I think so. With Aplos's powerful set of flavors, I generally mix just a small amount with seltzer, diet ginger ale, or some other slightly sweet beverage over ice and get the unusual drink I’m looking for. So one bottle goes a long way. For me it’s a little reward at the end of the day — a lively drink I can sip without any of the unpleasant dopiness and sleepiness of alcohol.BTW I’ve tried some other non-alcoholic brands that call themselves “Rum” or “Whiskey” substitutes. They were vile. Hope this helps!
