What Everyone's Saying

Customers find this almond milk tastes great as a cereal substitute and works well in smoothies and protein shakes. They appreciate its health benefits, long shelf life, and good price point, noting it keeps longer than dairy alternatives and is low in calories. The product is durable, though some customers report receiving damaged containers.

Recent User Experience

I consider this a "parity product" (i.e., any brand of almondmilk will be pretty much indistinguishable from any other). What's important here is that this is the unsweetened, unflavorized version. This is idea for cereal, as a dairy-milk replacement in most recipes, for making shakes to a recipe that calls for milk, etc. I can't think of any reason anyone would want pre-sweetened, since it's already naturally a bit sweet, but I suppose if you were mostly using it for shakes, you would need to add less sugar separately. This particular packaging is a nice option to have for small fridges, and for fridges that are big but mostly full. This has a fair amount of unrefrigerated shelf-life, but should be refrigerated after opening. If you're not wise to almond and cashew milk yet, they have the texture of milk and pretty close to the flavor, but slight (really, only slightly) nutty, and without that "now its time to cough up a bunch of mucus" effect that a lot of people get form cow milk, and of course it's lactose free. If you want to switch from low-fat milk, you probably want almond milk. If you're replacing whole milk, go for cashew milk. Unless you are allergic to nuts, this is waaay better option than soy milk with is grainy and tastes weird, and hemp milk with basically tastes like bongwater. Another variant that is super-duper good with cereal and in a lot of baked goods is oat milk, though it presently tends to be a bit expensive for some reason.Anyway, I honestly would be a more "generic" brand of this, but I will get Breeze or Silk namebrand versions if it's all that on-hand, or if they're on sale. I really cannot tell the difference between one brand and other when it comes to this kind of product.
