I have tried a few brands, and this one has the fastest cooking time. I was skeptical at 1st that the boba would b hard considering the short cooking time, but they came out perfect when cooked per directions. My whole family, who are boba lovers, loved the texture of these.I stored it in covered container left on the counter. Next day they were a little mushy on the outer layer. I don't recommend doing this. Usually I store in fridge, and heat up in microwave, so this is what I will be trying next.
