Super salty as to be expected with a concentrated product like this but excellent for gravies, roasts, stews and soups. Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Lasts almost indefinitely in a cool pantry but refrigerate after opening a jar to keep fresh. FYI: The jars are plastic.
