Joke: The worst intervention ever

A real drunk knows how to prove he's not an alcoholic if - God forbid - anyone would throw him an intervention.

Are you having that typical Monday feeling? Well here’s a joke that will cheer you up. It’s about the worlds worst intervention. Enjoy!

When John gets home after a productive night of drinking he finds three of his friends in his house. Before he realizes what happens they have closed the door and the intervention has started. Joe starts by stating: “We are here because we love you. You drink too much and we worry that you might become an alcoholic.”
John looks at him and replies: “Because I drink too much alcohol I am an alcoholic right? Well you drink too much Fanta, that doesn’t make you fantastic!”
Bill than cuts in and says: “You’re just in denial. You show all the signs of an alcoholic.”
“That is not true”, screams John, while pointing at the bottle in his hand. “Alcoholics need a drink, but I already have one.”
His third friend Matthew tries it one more time. “Sure you can laugh about it, but I ran many tests on the interent and you are indeed an alcoholic.”
“Screw that shit”, John replies. “I’m not. If anyone is an alcoholic in this room it’s you guys.”
His three friends look at him with an open mouth and finally Joe asks how so. John: “Well, I’m not an alcoholic, I am a drunk. Alcoholics go to meetings, drunks go to parties. Now ask yourself where I was tonight and what you guys did.”
